From design & submittal review to pre-functional checklists and functional performance testing, we document every step of the commissioning process. Just as importantly, we maintain clear and consistent communication with the design and construction team to keep expectations aligned, resolve issues quickly, and ensure systems perform as intended. We manage issues logs, coordinate closely with contractors, and provide training and turnover assistance. 

Specializing in both New Construction Commissioning and Existing Building Commissioning, Garrett Husky has more than a decade of experience commissioning buildings in the Pacific Northwest, managing commissioning teams, and holds the top most respected certification in the industry (Certified Commissioning Professional, CCP).
